Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers Note: Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. Any applicable customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our Swiss timepieces and fine jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase following our straightforward process.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags attached
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided

Important Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. All other jewelry items (bangles, bracelets) and watches are eligible for returns.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Include in your message:
    • Product name
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
    • Confirmation that the item is in original condition

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return shipping instructions
  • Our return facility address in Salt Lake City

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • Item is securely packaged in its original box with all protective materials
  • RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package
  • Use a trackable shipping service and retain your receipt

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Our quality control team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email notification regarding:

  • Approved returns: When your refund is processed
  • Exchanges: When your replacement ships
  • Policy issues: If the return doesn’t meet requirements

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges: Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll be invoiced or refunded accordingly)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or incorrect product:

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Your replacement will be prioritized and shipped within 1 business day of receiving the return

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Include all original paperwork to facilitate customs clearance
  • Original customs duties or taxes cannot be refunded
