Should you need to return or exchange an item, our process is designed to be as refined and reliable as the watches we sell.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags attached
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. All other jewelry items (bangles, bracelets) and watches are eligible for returns.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return shipping instructions
  • The return address for our facility in Salt Lake City

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • The item is securely packaged in its original box
  • All protective materials and documentation are included
  • The RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Once received, our quality control team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email:

  • For approved returns: When your refund has been processed
  • For exchanges: When your replacement item has shipped
  • For any issues: If the return doesn’t meet our policy requirements

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • International customers: Any customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once the original item is received and inspected
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or incorrect product:

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
